Our goal is to continually improve the standards of care across all sections of our organization, from the abandoned dogs in our residential hospice sanctuary, and the people and animals in the community we serve with our outreach initiatives, through to the various organizations we collaborate with.

In order to achieve this, we need to ensure our employee and volunteer training is optimal. Our goal is to conduct four whole team workshops every year to consolidate and strengthen our team’s skill set, as well as providing continuing education for key staff members.

Our goal is to increase the services that we offer to financially needy and unhoused pet owners in the community. Working closely with collaborating organizations from both animal rescue and homeless outreach, we will offer two vaccine ‘street clinic’ events in the coming year; we will also streamline our ‘Helping Hands, Healing Paws’ pet food pantry in this instance to offer more specifically targeted needs to this community.

Our goal is to widen our foster hospice program to offer permanent residence to a further two or more dogs within the next six months
